- Federal government opportunity located in Sydney or Parramatta CBD with some hybrid flexibility
- Initial Contract until December 2025
- $49.67 - $52.48 per hour + Super
The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an APS4 Finance Officer to provide support for corporate credit card functions, including the insurance, cancellation and replacement of cards in accordance with policies and financial regulations, reporting incidents of fraud as needed.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and manage corporate credit card transactions in financial systems to ensure data integrity and assist card holders with system queries
- Assist employees in the accurate and timely submission of travel and expense acquittals
- Communicate updates and changes to policies, procedures, and program guidelines
- Identify and escalate potential risks associated with travel and credit card administration
- Assist Travel Arrangers fully utilise non-refundable unused fares
- Manage the centralised credit card administrator email inbox ensuring that all enquiries are addressed within 3 business days
- Regular review of cards on issue, and alignment between TechnologyOne, CTM Travel management and bank data bases ensuring that cost centres, and terminations are appropriately recorded
- Timely upload of travel, purchasing and virtual card bank transaction exports to financial systems to allow users to acquit expenses
- Identify and facilitate continuous improvement in business processes in credit card management
- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience using TechnologyOneand CTM Travel management would be advantageous
- Travel and expenditure experience is essential, along with a well-developed analytical and problem-solving skillset
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise conflicting work demands to deliver outcomes effectively
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To be eligible it is essential that applicants hold Australian Citizenship and hold a current or ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
