About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Finance and Administration Manager to join our Regional Finance team in Melbourne. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with local legislation, and strengthen internal controls. Collaborating closely with the APAC finance team and head office, you will manage the full financial spectrum for Australia and New Zealand while supporting the General Manager and local business teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead accurate and timely financial reporting for the entity
  • Oversee daily finance operations and ensure compliance with accounting policies
  • Manage budgeting processes and track key performance indicators
  • Review and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Partner with the General Manager to ensure company-wide compliance and strategic financial guidance
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and foreign currency management
  • Oversee audits, legal compliance, tax, risk management, and company documentation
What You’ll Bring
  • CPA or CA qualified with a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax/regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft/Google tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
