Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and offering product recommendations to customers.
  • Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and help them find the best products.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest tech and home appliance trends.
  • Manage customer inquiries, handle returns, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for customer service and helping people.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in electronics and home appliances (a bonus!).
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
