Key Responsibilities:
- Scope and document current business processes to support project development and system improvements.
- Provide guidance and specialist advice to enhance project delivery and stakeholder enablement.
- Support internal and external stakeholders in administering and managing grant applications, processing, decision-making, monitoring, and reporting.
- Foster strong relationships to encourage stakeholder engagement and participation.
- Define, document, and assess business processes for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to various projects as required.
Essential to be successful in the role:
- Demonstrated skill and experience in:
- building and enhancing internal and external stakeholder relationships; and
- managing expectations and providing guidance for stakeholders regarding project delivery and outcomes.
- Substantial skill, knowledge, and experience in:
- administering technological, physical, and other resources within agreed allocations to meet agreed outcomes.
- business process planning, delivery, review, and evaluation.
- development and delivery of guidelines or user guides, processes, and procedures; and analysis and problem solving.
- Demonstrated skill, knowledge and experience in project governance and accountability to achieve required outcomes.
- Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience of working within policies and practices for Work Health and Safety (WHS), equal opportunity, diversity, and equity.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
