DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced principal Business Analyst to join our Federal Government Client team.
Role responsibilities
- Facilitating the identification of digital system related business needs and processes, monitoring and collating data, identifying competing demands, organisational changes and new responsibilities.
- Evaluating effectiveness of proposed solutions and design in conjunction with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Providing project level analysis and producing required analysis documentation.
- Designing and delivering workshops, communication and consultation resources that support complex systems and business information gathering and sharing.
- Working with stakeholders to capture business needs and translating requirements into User stories in a simple format that all stakeholders can understand.
- Documenting Business Analyst artefacts including Epics, User Stories, User Interface requirements, current state versus future state process maps.
- Identifying potential issues or risks, tracking problems, recommending alternatives and escalating as appropriate.
- Using and working with software platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, Mulesoft and SAP
