Behavioural Change Specialist | State Government Contract

- Apply principles of psychology and behavioural economics to drive effective change.
- Engage with stakeholders to support change initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage project deliverables and timelines in collaboration with internal teams.
- Proven experience in behaviour change strategy development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of psychology, behavioural economics, and organisational change principles.
- Project management expertise within complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working within government or large organisations is desirable.
- Location: Perth CBD
- Duration: Six months
- Salary: Open and dependent on experience
