Behavioural Change Specialist | State Government Contract

DFP Recruitment Perth is seeking an experienced Behavioural Change Specialist for a six-month contract with a State Government client based in the Perth CBD.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to an internal transformation project, applying expertise in behaviour change strategy development and implementation to support organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behaviour change strategies within a structured project framework.
  • Apply principles of psychology and behavioural economics to drive effective change.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support change initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage project deliverables and timelines in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in behaviour change strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of psychology, behavioural economics, and organisational change principles.
  • Project management expertise within complex environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience working within government or large organisations is desirable.
Contract Details:
  • Location: Perth CBD
  • Duration: Six months
  • Salary: Open and dependent on experience
