Our client is a Federal Government body that supports Australians and their families by valuing a positive contemporary attitude to disability. They are currently seeking an APS4 Administration Officer to join their Workforce Procurement team. This position involves providing broad administrative support and working within a dynamic team to ensure timely, quality delivery of administrative tasks.
 
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Managing team inbox, calendars, and appointments, ensuring alignment with priorities and deadlines.
  • Responding to general enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Supporting invoicing and reconciliation tasks.
  • Updating the intranet, workflows, and forms with current processes.
  • Maintaining an accurate database with the Workforce Procurement team.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve business goals.
  • Participating in additional duties and projects as required.
About You
  • Intermediate skills in MS Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience working in or with a Procurement team or Recruitment team.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably within a government setting.
  • Experience managing a busy team inbox.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes.
