Key Responsibilities
- Participant Support & Customer Service: Manage and resolve participant matters, respond to enquiries, provide information, and refer individuals to appropriate government or community services.
- Administrative & Reception Duties: Provide reception and counter support, assist with self-help kiosks and online services, manage appointments, and ensure accessibility of office facilities.
- Communication & Record Management: Handle the shared team inbox, telephone enquiries, data entry, and maintain accurate records, including complaints and feedback.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research and investigations, prepare reports, and assist with correspondence and operational tasks.
- Experience in customer service and administrative support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
