Psychological wellbeing

How to make a business case for an invisible problem.

When your employees constantly call in sick, it’s often their mind – not their body – that’s the issue. Based on ten years of observing workplace wellbeing around the world and being guided by some of the most respected HR Directors, VPs of Benefits, CEOs and Wellness Heads, Glenn Riseley presents data-driven insights that will help you make the business case for psychological wellbeing.

At the completion of this session participants will:

  • Understand ways to reduce absence, presenteeism, low engagement and other signs of poor psychological wellbeing.

  • Understand what data is required to make a tangible business case for an invisible problem.

  • Be able to start difficult conversations without creating stigma.

  • Have the tools required to initiate a comprehensive health strategy that can provide tangible return of value and investment to the business.

This informative session will help participants demonstrate the value of a strategically delivered workplace wellbeing program that will actively engage your workforce, build trust with your employees and deliver improved performance outcomes.
