Leading Inclusive Teams for High Performance
How supportive, inclusive teams can help deliver and sustain high performance
Creating a supportive, inclusive climate isn’t just the ‘right’ thing to do – it makes strong business sense. Supportive, inclusive climates lead to better performance for teams and individuals through higher job satisfaction, improved employee wellbeing and increased organisational commitment.
This session will explore ways to create working environments that drive better performance, support a sense of belonging and connection, and help us to navigate the workplace challenges left by the pandemic.
This session will cover:
• What it means to be a supportive, inclusive leader and why it matters
• Looking after yourself as a leader
• The key foundations for creating supportive, inclusive teams
• Leading and listening with openness and curiosity in mind
• What it means in practice – hints and tips
• Time to reflect on your own leadership style
You will have the opportunity to explore a range of practical strategies you can implement immediately.
