Becoming a Super Communicator
So you think you are already a good communicator, but are you ready take a step up? Learn how by unlocking the secret language of connection in this workshop.
Communication is an essential skill in life - both inside and outside the workplace. Your ability to connect, understand others and be understood depends on it. There are direct connections between our communication skills and the outcomes we achieve, the relationships we build and our effectiveness as leaders.
Building on the recent research of journalist Charles Duhigg, in his book Supercommunicators, and our own insights from neuroscience, this workshop reveals the key strategies utilised by those among us who excel at communication and translates these insights into practical strategies that can be deployed immediately.
In this interactive session you will have the opportunity to:
Learn and explore the four rules for a meaningful conversation
Understand how to categorise the implicit objectives entailed in conversations - get to grips quickly with what this conversation is really about
Refresh and practice the art of ‘matching’ in conversations deploying the microskills of asking questions and noticing clues
Gain insights into connecting amid conflict
This workshop is designed for those who want to take their communication skills to the next level with applications for work and life more broadly
