Industries represented in the analysis include finance, banking, superannuation, insurance,
telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing, transport, health, retail and hospitality. They
represent centres from both the public and private sectors. Public Sector employers include
Government departments from Federal, State and Local Government. Data has been collected from over 250 organisations, employing over 30,000 contact centre employees. Now in it's 8th edition, this analysis covers data collated during the period January 2024 to May 2024.
