We're on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators for our State Government client.

Position: Exam Invigilator

Rate: $50.00 per hour + super

Location: Kalgoorlie

Hours: Flexible hours tailored for retirees or those seeking part-time employment. You'll be overseeing exams for two full days per week, with specific dates to be confirmed. Choose between being part of our on-call pool, where you'll be contacted for invigilation sessions as needed, or join our consistent pool for more regular rostered shifts.

Role Overview:

·      Ensure the secure and fair conduct of examinations.

·      Assist with exam administration tasks.

·      Provide basic guidance on exam technology.

·      Vigilantly monitor the exam process to uphold integrity.

Qualifications and Experience:

·      No formal educational prerequisites.

·      Comprehensive training provided for exam invigilation and induction procedures.


The successful candidates would ideally reside in Kalgoorlie and will need to provide a current National Police Clearance and a copy of a current WA C or C-A driver's license or equivalent.
