DFP Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to join a large Federal Government Department.
 
The Change Analyst will be responsible for informing policies, managing external stakeholder relationships, and being the center of excellence for driving program delivery, reporting, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing, designing, and delivering change management activities.
  • This role will ensure projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and usage.
  • Supporting the creation and implementing of change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption, minimise resistance, and supporting and managing key internal stakeholder relationships to effectively embed change.
  • Working closely with the Senior Change Manager, the Senior Change Analyst will be responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering change management activities at EPMO level.
  • This role will ensure projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and usage.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years change management implementation and delivery experience, with demonstrated experience in applying structured change management methodologies and activities to drive and embed change.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change Management or related filed, or specialist recognised accreditation a such as Prosci.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in government and digital transformation / ICT-related environments would be highly desirable.
