Our client are looking for customer service representatives to join their inbound contact centre team. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, answering their calls and emails, and providing them with the best possible solutions.

You will be responsible for:
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing customers with accurate information about our products and services
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating them when necessary
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets and quality standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A friendly and empathetic personality
  • A strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role
Join us on the 27th May 2024, committing to a 37.5-hour week across a 6-day rotating roster. Operating from Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm – with a rotational Saturday every 4 weeks. After three months, based on your performance, you'll be offered the flexibility of working from home (up to 2 days per week).
