Yjala has 10 years of experience within the Aviation industry where she developed a varied skill set in customer service, operations, leadership, team management and recruitment. Yjala enjoys communicating and building relationships with candidates and clients and achieving optimal outcomes.

Outside of work, Yjala enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
