​Mike is the Payroll operations manager in our Payroll team. He has 25 years of experience in recruitment payroll and has been with DFP for 15 years. Mike is skilled in award interpretation and customer service, which he brings to the role so that all candidates and clients get the best payroll experience. He also loves training and mentoring staff through regular inductions and award training sessions.

Outside of work Mike loves karate, travelling, exercising along with a healthy dose of wining and dining.
