Athena Iliades commenced with DFP in June 2010 and has over 17 years experience in the recruitment industry. Her experience includes senior management and operations roles. She holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science degree and Graduate Diploma in Psychology. As the National People and Performance Manager, Athena provides leadership and advice in all matters pertaining to human resources at DFP including workplace safety. She is also responsible for implementing strategic people and organisation development projects and continuous improvement of DFP’s quality accreditation.
